Thursday, January 8, The Missouri History Museum presented another fabulous installment of the Community Cinema Series. This time is was a screening of the documentary of Tulia, Texas. The heart-wrenching account of a town dealing with a drug crisis and a possible tainted drug enforcement officer dropped our jaws. The Panel Discussion following the screening was equally captivating. Panelists include Redditt Hudson of the ACLU and Linda Trest, reporter with the Gasconade County Republican.

Earlier that day Schnuck’s sponsored the St. Louis Food and Wine Experience.
I was just pulling back into town so I wasn’t able to make it, but I heard it was blast. Check out Metromix’s pics. In fact, I met some random woman at Bar Louie who OBVIOUSLY had a great time. But I did make it over to Café Eau to hear Griffin & the Gargoyles. Had a great time and as always – ended up on stage.
