Last weekend offered many things to do – enjoying the outdoors, hanging out with friends, socializing, and eating delicious food.

Friday evening, June 5th, a few friends joined me at annual The Shakespeare Festival. It was a lovely time.









ABSTRAKT Art Gallery, located at 1902 Arsenal was celebrating their Grand Opening.

Sunday afternoon, June 7th, I went down to the Delmar Loop to enjoy some live local music featuring Black Spade, Rockwell Knuckles, plus DJ Needles, teresajenee, Vandalyzm, Tef Poe & Corey Black all for FREE!

Missouri Botanical GardensCelebrate the Garden’s 150th anniversary at Garden Party Nights! Enjoy strolling the grounds in the summer evening, sample beverages from area wineries and microbreweries, and watch madonnari (street painters) create new artwork on the pavement each week. Children can have their faces painted, play with jugglers and magicians, and explore the Doris I. Schnuck Children’s Garden.Cost: $7 adults, $3 children (3–12), $5 Garden members.
Children’s Garden open until 8 p.m. and included with event admission. Tickets available online soon.No outside food or beverages allowed.
